Nursing jobs used to be only classified according to the area they will be assigned in, but these days, they can also come in different levels, depending on their job responsibilities and license types, as aside from RNs or Registered Nurses, there are also CNAs or Certified Nursing Assistants, and LPNs or Licensed Practical Nurses. These also means different licenses although the type of education is essentially the same, but more importantly, it allows institutions to have a better organization in specific work field practices.
